The order of play in all team knockout matches will be as follows :-   3 singles racks, 1 doubles rack, 2 singles racks and 1 doubles rack, making a total of 7 racks per match and will start at 8 – 00pm on selected Thursday nights, with a final deadline of 8-30pm for all matches to start, unless agreement has been reached by both parties to start the match earlier.

Any team who play an unregistered player will be fined £10.00 and have any points the player has accrued deducted and awarded to the opposition.

If a team breach the rule and cancel a league match during the 3-day period, they will be fined £10-00 and it will be re-scheduled to be played within 28 days of the date of the match.

The league will run a ‘singles’ and ‘doubles’ player of the season award based on results taken from official league scorecards presented to the secretary at the proper league meeting. Late scorecards and ‘word of mouth’ results will not be collated. If there is a tie at the end of the season the monetary prize will be shared. The amount payable will depend on the funds available.

It is expected of all member players that they conduct themselves in an orderly and sporting manner at all times. If a situation occurs where a member player has transgressed the code of conduct, they will be dealt with accordingly by the committee, based on the seriousness of the matter.  The League strongly advises all teams to complete all of their matches at all times and if a situation arises during a rack or match, not to sign the scorecard and bring the matter to the committee’s attention by no later than the next meeting in order for the matter to be dealt with. Disputes will not be considered by the league if both scorecards have been signed.
Written disputes and complaints will not be considered by the league. Any dispute or protestation must be presented verbally no later than the meeting following the alleged incident. The committee reserve the right to warn as to their future conduct, suspend, or ban a member team or individual, dependant upon the seriousness of the matter.
